I knew last year as soon as Stone was born that I would do a winter themed party. Lately I have really been into a more rustic look, which totally isn't me, but I think it turned out great and Stone had an amazing time at his party!
For the backdrop we bought a fence from Lowe's and stained with some leftover stain we had, then we used a solution of vinegar and steel wool in order to get a more aged look. I picked up miscellaneous items such as the crates, pine cone garland, birch trees, small Christmas trees from several places such as Walgreens, TJ Maxx, and Target.

We did a Chili bar for dinner and I had the most adorable sign to use and forgot to pick it up from Walgreens where I had it printed! We had regular chili and venison chili with plenty of toppings to suit everyone. We also did baked potatoes for those who aren't big chili eaters.
